School is, simply saying, where we learn and explore into new things. Schools provide students the necessary knowledge and experiences to help contribute back to our society. However, schools give students more than just an education of 1+1.
The students can gain valuable knowledge and some hands-on experience, which they can use to their benefit when they are out of school. Also they learn to handle the pressure of commitment and deadlines along with social skills by interacting with their classmates and teachers. They have to socialize with many different people in different age groups and this teaches students on how get along with difficult people, later in society.
Students can learn to have a wider perception of things. Sometimes, we must accept the fact when we are wrong and persevere onwards to reach our goals, by changing the way we do things. For example, when we fail a test or exam, we can improve by changing our learning technique.
In schools, we all have CCAs. They can really tire us out and at times, causing us to neglect them. But actually, we can learn a lot from our CCA, like how to solve problems or disputes among each other and extra skills. As many of us are holding positions in our CCAs, we can use this opportunity to stretch our potential to the fullest.
School is where different people of different race and religion, come together as friends. Friends make us smile and cry, but nevertheless, they will be there to help us in times of need. They are very important people in our lives that will accompany us throughout our secondary years. And perhaps, that is the reason why i enjoy going to school.
