ReviEWs..

1. I felt that the punishment meted out at the NSF who went around with his rifle was fair.

Firstly, judging from his family background, its inevitable for him to have such extreme actions and thoughts. Grown up in as an abused child, it gradually build up the thought that violence could solve all problems that he was facing then. I also felt that the events in his life gradually lead him to the unreturn path. In my own opinion, he was influenced since young whereby crime and violence could solve all problems that he was facing then since his father was also a habitual crime-breaker. If a normal person were to be placed in such conditions, how many of them could actually take this problems to stride without breaking down? Further more, the mishaps of his most beloved ones in his family in my own opinion further pushed him to the road of crimes where he no longer has anymore people to confide in. It was reported in the newspapers that he became a withdrawn ever since his beloved ones left him one by one. Besides, the broke-up with his girlfriend eventually caused his broke-down where he felt that life has no meaning for him to continue on. Even though this reasons couldn't explain the fact that he broke the law, but the punishment meted out should be considerate to him since his plight is so pitiful. Besides, which people don't err?

Secondly, the fact that he spreaded to three people that he is going to commit crime is enough to see that he actually has the intention to break the law. Thus, i feel that punishment should be meted out to let him come to his senses as well as to let him repent on his actions.

Lastly, i felt that other than him , his friends are also at fault. Being his friends, also as the lieutenant, he should be actually advising not to take the law in his hands but he din't. If his friends had actually advised him not to do that, this tragedy would be prevented.

2. Personally, i feel that the sale of organs should be legalised but limitations should be imposed to it to control a large scale of selling of organs.

Firstly, i think that the sale of organs should only be made whereby the donation would not affect the survival of the two parties in consideration. Donations of organs should only be made whereby the donor is fit enough to take part in such operations and when the people who needed the donation is in a critical condition whereby the donation of organs is not made available to them by their family. Besides, if the right actions and limitations are taken, it would basically be a win-win situation whereby both parties can get what they wanted-- money and life.

Secondly, the organs that can be donated should have a limitation whereby the organs donated do not directly affect the survival of the donar like kidneys or livers. Donars should also be restricted from donating organs such as heart which directly causes the death of the donar.

The possible outcomes of the law imposed might lead people to think that the sale of the organs would be a profitable trade for them and misuse this law causing people to sell the organs in order to make quick profits. This might result in people thinking that in order to make money, hard work doesn't pays instead selling organs pays.

It might also result in people getting duped into selling their organs to illegal traders.
