1) I think that the punishment meted out to the NSF is fair.

As Dave come from a broken family, he did not receive love from his parents. His father was often in jail and he was abused by his mother who was an inveterate gambler. His mother also left home with his younger sister before he was nine. This made him feel that he is not wanted by anyone. His younger brother's death made him isolate himself and plunged into depression.

When he met Crystal, he wanted love from her. As he did not enjoy love from his family, he takes relationships very seriously and that's explains why he would threaten his ex-girlfriend. Although he told three different stories about getting the rifle out of camp, I believe the reason that he did that is because of desperation and the feeling of not wanting to be left alone again.

Thus in conclusion, I think that the punishment is fair and this shall make him realise that what he did was a foolish act.

2) I think that the sale of organs should not be legalised. If the sale of organs is legalised, many people will start use this chance for personal gains. If people are willing to help those in need, they should donate their organs instead of selling them. Some people who are in need of money may just sell off their organs to some rich people to get quick cash and the rich may even cheat them.

Another problem that we may face if the sale of organs is made legalised, only the rich can get organs for transplant as they can afford loads of money to get just one organ. This means that people who cannot afford as much money as the rich will not be able to get organs for transplant. Poor people might also start to sell of their organs to get money and may rely on selling their organs to feed their family.

As there are many disadvantages, I think that the sale of organs should not be legalised as it will cause a lot of problems for the society in the future.
