Four-five rocks!

1) I think that the punishment meted out to the NSF isn't too light. In fact, I would think that this sentence is too heavy for a young man like him to take it.

Coming from a broken home, Dave did not have the chance to enjoy family warmth and love from his parents like other kids do. His father was often in jail so he can seldom get to see his father, thus making their relationship drift apart. His mother, who is an inveterate gambler, often hurled chairs at him for no apparent reason. This causes him to be deeply hurt mentally and physically. Besides that, his mother had left home with his younger sister before he was nine. This is a really cruel thing to do to a child. By doing this will only make him feel that he is not wanted by people and his presence on this world is worthless. His brother's death causes a great impact on his life, causing him to live in depression.

From all these examples, we can see that Dave didn't have love from his family when he was young. This causes him to take relationships very seriously when he grows up. As he didn't get a chance to enjoy love showered by his family when he was young, he tried to devote himself in a relationship in order to get them. That explains why he would threaten his ex-girlfriend in order to get back together again. I believe that the nightmares from Dave's childhood cause him to be what he is like today. Having such a nasty childhood memory and lack of love, he probably done all thj\is out of desperation.

In conclusion, I think that Dave should be given a chance to be love by more people and shouldn't be given such a heavy sentence.

2) I don't like the idea of sale of organs. I believe people did that in order to earn money. People wouldn't sell their own organ when they are alive and healthy. Even if they want to help people, they would have donate their organ instead of selling it.

People wouldn't give their organ to someone they are not familar to unless they sell it for money. Normally, people would only donate their organ to those by reason of attachment towards the recipient. Besides that, I don't find any reason why people will donate their organ (which is very important to them) to others.

There are both advantage and disadvantage if sale of organ is made legal. The advantage is that it can save more people who are in need of the organs as they don't have to wait long for a donor. The disadvantage is the people might tend to rely on selling of their organs in order to support their family. Cases like people being kidnapped in order to have their organs being sold off might also happen.

As there are more disadvantages than advantages, I think that the sale of organ shouldn't be legalized as it will cause many problems to the society.
