Reflection:
This is a good book. It teaches me about the important values of life and not to take things around us for granted. Among all the topics that Morrie and Mitch have touched on, I found the topic on death, emotions and forgiveness the most meaningful.

Everyone knows that they are going to die, but nobody believes it. If we did, we would do things differently.Everyone should learn how to detach themselves from experience and don't cling on to things, because everything is impermanent. 'Forgive yourself before you die, then forgive others.'

A very meaningful book, I would recommend others to read it too. (:
