School is ....?

School is a place for me to study and gain knowledge. Some knowledge can be applied in daily life or maybe to our future (but I don’t know why we must learn log and lawn, when we don’t really apply them -.- )?
For example, from English lesson we learn new words that we can use in our writing or speech and from biology we learn about how our body works (digestive system) and so we will take care of our health to prevent disease (Gastric pain, stomach ulcer….)

School is also a place where I can meet and make friends and I have made very good friends. Doing homework together, chatting with each other, and share my joy and sorrow with my friends and help each other. I love being in school sometimes, because it is quite boring to stay at home and in school you can play, tease each other, chat, joke and laugh together. When teachers or some students joke, we laugh together and when teachers said that there will be homework or test coming up, we will complain together.

School is also a place where we have CCA. My CCA is Chinese Orchestra. I played the ErHu and I really like it. I didn’t know how to play ErHu when I came in, but after many practice in school and at home, I get to know how to play it. I love my juniors very much because they are so funny and they will make me laugh a lot. When competition or concert is near, we need to practice more than twice a week, which is quite tough, but I got use to it. We have a very good instructor too, when I was still using a clutch ( as my knee went for operation), he even encouraged me to go to the concert and I feel so touched.

Although there are many sad things in school and I will feel stress because of tests and exams. If there aren’t any tests or exams in school, then maybe school to me will be like paradise?! (maybe it’s quite exaggerated)
